My Background & Teaching

About Me

From decades of practice, retreats and study as a Meditator and Yoga Instructor, I have created several workshops and classes in which I share the supporting science behind the benefits of mindfulness and offer simple techniques to settle the mind, reduce stress and become more resilient in daily life.

I began as a practitioner of Trascendental Meditation in the 1970's, adopted a dedicated Yoga practice in the late 90's, and became a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor in 2000.

I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Certification Program (MMTCP) taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in collaboration with the Greater Good Science Center. And, a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).

​

It is always my pleasure to share the foundations of meditation practice and mindfulness techniques that help us all find balance and clarity in our lives.
